# Future Scope

# Our Vision: Reliability Beyond Earth

Our vision is to redefine how space-grade actuators are monitored. By bridging the gap between historical data logging and real-time predictive maintenance, we are building the "nervous system" for the next generation of space exploration hardware.

## Inspiration: From Flight Decks to the Workshop

Our product didn't just appear in a vacuum. It is the result of observing high-stakes aviation systems and solving real-world failures in the lab.

### 1. The "Black Box" Philosophy

In aviation, the Flight Data Recorder (FDR) is the ultimate source of truth. We’ve adopted this "Black Box" architecture for space applications.

* **Data Logging:** Continuous recording of **Voltage, Current, Vibration, and RPM**.
* **Predictive Analysis:** Unlike traditional recorders that tell you what *happened*, our system analyzes trends to tell you what *will* happen, flagging when a motor requires repair before it fails.

### 2. Aviation Fault Detection & Display

Modern aircraft use centralized systems to alert pilots to faults instantly. We are bringing that level of transparency to space robotics.

> **The Goal:** No more "silent failures." Our Fault Detector provides a clear, actionable status of the motor’s health, inspired by the primary flight displays used by pilots.

### 3. Practical Resilience: The RoboManipal Experience

Real-world engineering taught us our most valuable lesson. While building complex robots, we faced recurring **Back EMF** issues that catastrophicly burnt our hardware.

* **The Solution:** This led to our "Safety-First" PCB design.
* **Isolation:** We integrated **Optocouplers** for total galvanic isolation, ensuring that the high-power motor side never compromises the delicate logic circuitry.

### 4. Mars Rover Autonomy

We draw inspiration from planetary rovers like *Curiosity* and *Perseverance*, which must monitor their own "active health" millions of miles from the nearest mechanic. Our product mirrors this autonomy, ensuring that a robot can diagnose itself in the harshest environments.
